Swayed Media is a product of CYBRCOAST LLC, a Delaware, USA company. This notice covers the public Swayed Media website, its contact pages and its pre-launch waitlist, including the social profile addresses you choose to share. Sharing a profile does not connect or verify an account. The future campaign platform is not available through this website yet; we will update this notice before collecting additional account, campaign, payment or connected-social-account information.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, whether you are interested as a brand or creator, and the time you submit the form. Creators must also provide at least one social profile address; the brand form does not ask for social profiles. Supported creator profiles are TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn; handles are converted to profile URLs where supported. You may optionally share your brand or company name, website or media kit, country or region, industry or content niche, expected campaign budget or creator audience-size range, and what you would like to do with Swayed. These are self-reported details. We do not request passwords, access your social accounts, or verify ownership through this form. You are not required by law to provide these details, but name and email are required for both waitlists, with one profile also required for creators. If you contact us, we also receive the information you put in your message.

While analytics collection is enabled, we also keep a session-only record of your first public landing page and broad acquisition categories such as organic search, referral, social, paid campaign, email or direct. These categories may accompany your waitlist submission to help us understand which content brings interest. We do not include raw referrer URLs, search queries or arbitrary campaign text in that record. It is kept in browser session storage and is not collected when analytics is off.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and error or security logs. We save your analytics preference in your browser. Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics currently run automatically unless you turn collection off in Cookie settings. The Google tag library still loads when analytics collection is off, so its provider may receive technical information associated with requesting the script.

When allowed, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to measure visits, referral sources, device and browser information, navigation, scroll depth, time with a page visible, video-opening and calculator interactions, FAQ use, and waitlist-form progress and successful submissions. Our analytics events do not include your name, email address, form answers or contact-message contents. We remove arbitrary query strings and fragments from the page URLs we send; conventional campaign labels may be retained for attribution. We disable Google advertising personalization and Google signals. Analytics is not a recording of your screen or keystrokes.

The creator-video showcase uses TikTok previews served through our site. TikTok’s player is not loaded until you choose to play a video; once you do, TikTok may receive information about your visit and apply its own privacy practices.

We use waitlist details to record your interest, understand the brands, creators, audiences and campaign needs represented on the list, plan our launch, and send the waitlist and launch updates you request. Profile addresses and optional answers are not published on the website or included in analytics events. We use contact messages to respond to you. Technical data helps us operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. We use analytics information to improve the site, subject to your browser preference.

We use your consent for the waitlist updates you request, and process operational and security information to operate and protect this website, respond to requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. The current automatic analytics setting is not a claim that you gave express consent; where local law requires consent for analytics, that requirement still applies.

We do not sell waitlist information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or make decisions about you solely by automated processing. You can ask us to stop waitlist emails at any time by replying to an email or contacting us below.

We share information only as needed with providers that help us host and protect the site, deliver the waitlist form to its storage destination, store submissions, send email, and measure visits while analytics collection is enabled. These include Google for Google Analytics and Vercel for hosting and visit analytics. See Google’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy for their practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not share your name, email, submitted social profiles or optional waitlist answers with the creators, brands or other visitors shown on this website. Playing an embedded TikTok video is a separate interaction with TikTok; see TikTok’s privacy policy for its practices.

We keep waitlist information while the launch list is active and for as long as needed to send the updates you requested, handle your requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. If you ask to be removed, we will delete or de-identify your waitlist record where reasonably possible, though limited backup, security or legal records may remain for their normal retention period. Technical logs are kept only as needed for operations and security under our providers’ retention settings.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop sending waitlist updates. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request a portable copy of your data, or appeal our response. Send requests or appeals to the contact address below, with “Privacy request” or “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will verify requests as needed and respond under applicable law. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live, if that right applies.

You can turn analytics collection off at any time in Cookie settings. Turning it off stops future analytics events in this browser and removes Google Analytics cookies that this website can access; it does not erase information already received by providers or prevent the Google tag library from loading. Your choice applies to this browser, not all your devices. You can avoid loading TikTok’s player by not opening a video in the showcase.
